CP TIME - SYNOPIS

Based on the novel, C.P. Time

"You can't change a person's destiny . . . but you can help create it." That is . . . if you are part of God’s plan.

At the age of four, Julian Barnes witnesses the death of his father during a riot in the aftermath of Dr. Martin Luther King's assassination. Forty years later, Julian, now a Quantum Physicist, invents a time machine -- and devises a plan to go back to 1968 and stop the assassination.

After the Time Team saves Dr. King's life and returns to the 21st century, they find Dr. King is President of the United States -- and the US in the midst of a nuclear civil war -- North against the South. The death toll is in the millions.

As a nuclear missile rockets toward Atlanta, President King sends Julian back to 1968, to undo what they did. They must now kill Dr. King.

To save the world from nuclear annihilation the Time Team must battle against the original assassin(s?), the FBI from two centuries, time, each other, and perhaps even God.

The Business of the Partnership

Relative Time Films, LLC is a limited liability company made up of a Manager, beneath the underdog Productions LLC, and various Members who have purchased units in the company to finance, produce and cause the distribution of a feature length motion picture tentatively entitled, “CP Time - The Movie.”

The anticipated rating for the MPAA of this film is PG.

The anticipated date for completion of the picture is October 2009.

The estimated budget for the film is $10,000,000.00. The total capital required from the Members is $10,000,000.00.

Distribution of net profits received by the company will be 50% to the investors, and 50% to the Manager.

One thousand limited liability company interests are being offered. Each interest is worth $10,000.00. A minimum number of five interests (units) must be purchased.

Funds raised by the limited liability company for the production of the film "C.P. Time – The Movie" will be put into an escrow account under the name Relative Time Films LLC, until funding for development/production is needed or 50% of production budget is raised. The anticipated date for completion of financing November 2008.

The Manager strongly recommends that prospective Members carefully consider the risk factors described in this memorandum.
